Replacement of lens hood for macro lens “SAL100M28” (100mm F2.8 Macro)

Sony recently found that some Macro lenses for Digital SLR Camera “α(alpha)” series, SAL100M28 (100mm F2.8 Macro) may not be mounted properly when its lens hood is fitted too tight to the lens.

We will start the free replacement of the lens hood for the model with the applicable serial numbers. The service will be offered till 30 September, 2007.
