Not all Bluetooth car audio systems have the same functions and features. For model-specific information, please refer to your unit's specifications.
When making a phone call using your car audio system, ensure that you do so safely and without compromising your driving.
If your voice sounds low or distant during calls, try the following steps:
1. Increase the Volume
- Turn up the volume on your connected mobile phone.
- Speak clearly and directly towards the car audio system.
2. Check the Microphone
- The microphone is typically located on the rear of the front panel. Ensure it is not covered by tape or other obstructions.
3. Adjust Mic Gain
- If your system allows, adjust the Mic Gain setting. This feature lets you switch between two volume levels to achieve clearer communication during calls.
4. Verify Connections
- If issues persist after adjusting the volume and microphone, there might be a connection problem.
- Refer to your device’s instruction manual for details on connecting and installing the microphone correctly.
