How to connect the BRAVIA Smart Stick to a cable box or satellite receiver.

Connecting BRAVIA Smart Stick to a cable box or satellite receiver.

    NOTE: Prior to following the steps in this solution disconnect the HDMI® cable that connects your TV to the cable box or satellite receiver.

    1. Using a Micro HDMI cable, connect the micro HDMI connection to the HDMI IN on the BRAVIA® Smart Stick.
    2. Connect the other end of the Micro HDMI cable to the HDMI OUT of the cable box or satellite receiver.

    3. Connect the IR blaster to the IR BLASTER connection on the Smart Stick.
    4. Place the other end of the IR blaster on the cable box or satellite receiver.

      NOTE:       Make sure the IR blaster is pointing toward the infrared receiver (same place where you have to point the remote) on the cable box or satellite receiver.
    5. Connect the Smart Stick to the TV .
