WARNING! Be sure to observe the following. Wrong treatment may cause damage to the TV.

    • Before cleaning, be sure to unplug the power plug from the socket.
    • Since special processing is carried out on the liquid crystal screen, do not touch the screen as much as possible.
    • Do not apply detergent directly to the TV. The sprayed detergent may drip over the lower part of the screen or exterior part, and the TV may malfunction.
    • Do not splash volatile liquid such as insecticide onto the TV or use solvents such as benzene, thinner, etc. The TV may deteriorate or its paint may peel off.
    • If you let the TV contact rubber or vinyl materials for a long time, the TV may deteriorate or its paint may peel off.
    • When using a commercially available chemical cloth or cleaning cloth, ask its sales company if you can use it for cleaning the TV.
    • Do not use a commercial available screen protective filter.

    How to clean

    • Do not touch screen surface due to special treatment.
    • For screen, gently wipe with microfiber cloth.
    • Gently wipe dirt on the exterior (dust, skin oil of hands, etc.) with a dry, soft cloth, such as an eyeglass cleaner.
    • If ink from an oil marker gets on the TV, soak a cloth in synthetic detergent thinned with water and squeeze it tightly, then wipe the ink off with it. Lastly, softly wipe with a microfiber cloth.
    • When using a mild detergent solution, dilute it by less than 1%.
    • Do not use detergent with abrasives such as a cleanser.
    • The liquid crystal order may collapse by pressure when wiping the LCD and it may look like dirt. Turn off and on the power to recover this condition.
    • Wipe the printed surface such as CH +, CH -, or HDMI2 of the TV carefully with a soft dry cloth.
    • The printed surface may get damaged if scratched by your nails.
    • Since the distance between the television and stand (table top stand) is thin, your hand may get pinched. It is recommended to use a mop with a stick.
    • Dust may adhere near the vent of the TV. Tenacious adhesion may become a cause of failure. It is recommended to vacuum dust with a vacuum cleaner once a month.
    • Soak a cloth in neutral detergent diluted with water, firmly wring it, wipe off the dirt on the remote control, and then lightly wipe the remote control with a dry cloth.
Note: If battery fluid is leaking, wipe off the fluid in the battery compartment of the remote control well before inserting new batteries.
