Notice of Free LCD Panel Repair for Owners of BRAVIA LCD TV KD-55X9300D - Updated 29 Jan 2021
Dear Valued Sony BRAVIA customers,
We'd like to announce that there is an LCD panel issue affecting the BRAVIA LCDTV KD-55X9300D sold since March 2016, where the symptom described below may appear on its LCD panel.
As such, the in-warranty terms for the above-mentioned model for such symptom will be extended until 31st January 2022.
We appreciate your understanding in this matter, and apologize for any inconvenience caused.
