Unable to sign in to Apple TV, or connect an iPhone or iPad to my TV to use AirPlay or HomeKit

If you experience a sign-in issue with Apple TV, or issues connecting an Apple iPhone or iPad to your TV, follow these steps:
- Restart your iPhone or iPad.
- To use the Apple TV app, AirPlay, and HomeKit, you will need to enable Sony Smart TV services via the BRAVIA TV Privacy Policy.
Follow the steps below to enable this feature:- On the TV remote control, press the HELP or (Input) button, and then select Help.
Notes:- If Help is not shown, select Edit → Help to add it to the input selection screen.
- For BRAVIA 3 (S30): Press the Home button, then select Your apps → See all → Help.
- Go to Status & Diagnostics, and then select Privacy settings.
- Read the information on the Privacy Policy screen. If you agree, scroll down to the very bottom of the policy.
- Set your privacy preferences for Sony Smart TV services, or select the Agree all option to accept all of the terms.
- On the TV remote control, press the Input button, and then select AirPlay from the input selection screen to display the AirPlay menu.
- On the TV remote control, press the HELP or (Input) button, and then select Help.
