Sometimes I can't feel the device cooling me
Check the following.
- Press the button lightly. The LED should turn on, indicating that the battery still has charge.
- Use the dedicated neckband
- As you get used to the sensation, you may not feel cooler even though the surface temperature of your body is lower.
I can feel warm air coming from the air vent
When using on the [COOL] setting, warm air may be emitted from the air vent depending on the temperature of the surrounding environment. If you are concerned about this, please wear loose-fitting clothing along with the dedicated neckband with airflow sheet/ air vent cover when using the device, lower the [COOL] temperature setting level or stop using the device.
There is no airflow when using the [WARM] setting
If you set the device to [WARM], there will be no airflow.
Cooling / warming has stopped automatically
Continuous operation will pause after eight hours in [COOL] mode and one hour in [WARM] mode.
Under [MY MODE], the fan doesn’t stop when it switches between [COOL] and [OFF]
To dissipate heat from inside the device, the fan operates even when [COOL] is stopped.
This is not a malfunction.
What's the best way to use the airvent cover (short) and airvent cover (long)?
For shirts with collars, the long airflow part is suitable, while for T-shirts, the short airflow part is preferable. Proper exhaust allows you to maximize the performance of the REON POCKET
It sometimes stops cooling during SMART COOL operation. Is it a malfunction?
