Changing a user name in Windows® XP.
Please refer to the steps below.
1. Click Start, point to Settings and click Control Panel.
2. Click the User Accounts icon.
3. Click Change an account.
4 . Click on the user account to be changed.
5 . Click Change the name.
6. Enter a new name.
7. Click Change Name .
8 . Click Close.
