Why are the descriptions of the processor displayed in System Properties different from the specifications of the actual CPU installed?

* The frequency information of the processor speed is lower than its maximum frequency value.
* Wrong CPU clock is displayed in System Information.

This symptom occurs when:
- The information of a new CPU, which is introduced only after the release of an Operating System, is not registered to the Operating System.
- The computer is equiped with an adjustable processor clock frequency.

User can check the details of the installed CPU in Sony Notebook Setup or System Information.
