How to add a signature to an e-mail message created with Outlook Express Version 5.* and Version 6.*?
To add a signature, please follow the steps below:
1. Start Outlook Express.
2. From Tools menu, click Options.
3. Click the Signature tab and click New.
4. Set a signature text by entering the characters in the text box. Alternatively, select the File option and browse for the signature file.
5. Select the Add signatures to all outgoing messages option.
Note: If there is more than one account, click Advanced and select the account to add the signature to.
