Why is there no App tray icon to access all apps? / Why is there no Apps icon to acces all apps? / Can I access all apps via an App tray icon instead of swiping the Home screen?

Solution
The Application screen is accessed by swiping the Home screen upwards. There is no setting which will make it possible to access all apps via an App tray icon instead.
