How to reset or initialize the Wireless Headphones (WF-XB700)
IMPORTANT: This article applies only to specific products and/or operating systems. Check the Applicable Products and Categories section of this article before starting these steps.
Reset the headset

Press and hold the button on the left unit for about 20 seconds.

Release your finger when the indicator light (red) of the headset flashes and turns off.

Press and hold the button on the right unit for about 20 seconds.

Release your finger when the indicator light (red) of the headset flashes and turns off.
NOTES:
- During a reset, the device registration (pairing) information and other settings are retained.
- If the headset does not operate correctly even after a reset, initialize the headset to restore the factory settings.
Initialize the headset to restore factory settings
IMPORTANT: This operation resets all the device settings to the factory defaults and deletes all pairing information.
NOTE: After initializing the headset, you should also delete the headset pairing information from any connected devices and then pair them again.

Press and hold the buttons on both the left and right units of the headset until the indicator lights of the headset flash red (about 15 seconds).
NOTE: While doing this, if the indicator lights flash blue, continue to hold the buttons until they flash red.

Release your fingers within 5 seconds after the indicator lights flash red.
NOTE: This will cause the indicator lights to change from flashing to solid red. -
Press the buttons on both the left and right units within 10 seconds after the indicator lights change to solid red.

When the indicator lights flash blue 4 times, the headset is initialized.
NOTES:- If you are not sure if the initialization process has completed, wait a few minutes and start over from step 1.
- Do not put the headset back in the charging case before the initialization process is complete.
