How can I record RAW video?
IMPORTANT: This article applies only to specific products and/or operating systems. Check the Applicable Products and Categories section of this article before starting these steps.
You can record the RAW video signal output from the SDI OUT connector to a supported external recorder in Cine EI mode.
NOTE: There are currently no supported Sony recorders. (The Portable Memory Recorder AXS-R7 cannot be used to record RAW video signal output from the camcorder.)
When recording RAW video, set Codec to RAW or RAW & XAVC-I.
NOTE: The RAW video output format of the camcorder is not compatible with the PXW-FS7 or PXW-FS5.
