Sony has recently become aware that, in some units of the “LCJ-HK” jacket case for Cyber-shot digital still cameras, the part of the case that holds the metal ring connecting the case and shoulder strap might break.

Sony is planning to exchange the jacket case “LCJ-HK” free of charge for customers who have purchased affected units of the jacket case. Please contact your local Sony service center for more information. A list of the Sony service centres can be found in the Service Centres page.
