Termination of “PlayMemories Online” service and request to download the stored contents before the termination

The “PlayMemories Online” service will be terminated on 29 February 2024. 
If you have stored photos and videos on this service, you can download the contents before termination date.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

    30 September 2023    Image upload function ceased
    29 February 2024       “PlayMemories Online” service terminated

We have prepared a download tool on the support page (https://support.d-imaging.sony.co.jp/www/disoft/int/playmemories-online/l/dltool). Please use this tool to download your stored contents.
All contents remaining in PlayMemories Online as of 29 February 2024 will be deleted, so please download the necessary photos and videos before this date.

The contents you have can also be used in the “Creators' Cloud*” service released on 22 February 2023. For more information, please visit https://creatorscloud.sony.net/.
