The following points are important in order to maximize the sound quality, noise canceling function, and call sound quality:
- Wear the headphones properly
- Select the most suitable earbud tips
Choosing the right fit for your earbuds is to ensure the best audio experience and maximum noise cancelation. For more details, refer to How to achieve the best fit for your Sony Truly Wireless / In-Ear Earbuds
If the size of the earbud tips does not match the size of your ear canals, or the headphones are not properly worn on your ears, you may not obtain proper performance of the headphones.
If you feel the earbud is difficult to wear, gently pull up on the top of your ears, put the earbud tips in your ear canal, and twist the headphones into place. Doing this makes it easy to make sure the headphones are properly and firmly in the ear canal.
When using the Noise Isolation Earbud Tips with the headphones, the tips will alter their shape to fit in your ears. Wait for about 10 seconds for the earbud tip shape to stabilize, then check whether they fit in your ears and if the effect of the noise canceling function is sufficient. If you feel the headphone earbud tips do not fit with your ears as you would like, or the effect of the noise canceling function is not sufficient, remove and reinsert the headphones, making sure the earbud tips fit snugly in your ears.
