My computer freezes after logging-in to Windows 8.

    NOTE: Not all but some computers with Windows 8 operating system may experience this issue.

    The computer freezes after logging in to Windows 8.
    Some of the symptoms that occur are:

    • The touchpad cursor does not move and is not responding.
    • The HDD LED Indicator is permanendtly lit.
    • The screen goes blank.
    • When restarting, the screen goes blank.
    • When checking Task Manager, you can see the McAfee Online Child Protection (MOCP) is using excessive CPU and memory.
