How to setup different backgrounds with each monitor within a multiple monitor configuration in Windows 8?
- Connect the external monitor to your computer via VGA or HDMI cable.
Note: Some computers may not have a HDMI port. Please refer to the user guide. - Display the Charms menu by placing the cursor on the top right hand corner or bottom right hand corner.
- Select Settings.
- Select Personalization.
- Select Desktop Background.
- Right click on a picture and select from the following:
- Set for all monitors
- Set for monitor 1
- Set for monitor 2
