Installation is cancelled if the network (Internet) is disconnected while installing PlayMemories Home or if it was not connected before installing. Try the following to solve the problem.

The network may be disconnected if using a wireless network for your computer due to signal reception status. Connect an Ethernet cable to download more stably.

Download the PlayMemories Home installer, which does not require a network (Internet) connection when installing, and see if you can install PlayMemories Home that way.
