Will the USB audio device charge when connected to the car stereo?

NOTE: Not all car stereos have USB capability. To see if your car stereo is capable of USB connection, check the specifications.

The car stereo will charge any portable Digital Music Player (DMP) as long as the charging current for the DMP is less than 1 A.

NOTE: It is possible that even if your DMP has a charging current of less than 1 A, the unit may not accept a charge or even operate correctly due to the following circumstances:

• If the inside of the vehicle is overheated or if the device was left in direct sunlight or was subjected to moisture.
• The specifications of the USB device itself.
