Error: NO MUSIC appears in the display of the car stereo.

This error message will appear and the music will not playback under the following circumstances:

• If you are playing a disc that has no music files.

  NOTE: Eject the disc that is playing and insert a music CD in the unit.

• If a USB device is connected and does not contain a music file or the file is not in a compatible format.

  NOTES:

  • Connect a USB device that contains music files (MP3, WMA or AAC) that is compatible with the car stereo. To check the audio formats compatible with the car stereo, refer to the operating instructions for the car stereo.
  • If your USB device supports multi-partitions, the music files must be on the first partition in order for the car stereo to recognize and play back the music files.
