Car Audio starts to cut out after Bluetooth connection

    Follow the steps below to restart pairing. Check your manual if model-specific information is needed to complete any step.

    1. Delete the pairing information of the Bluetooth device
      1. On your device, press the MENU button.
      2. Rotate the control dial to select BLUETOOTH or SET BT.
      3. Press the control dial.
      4. Select BT INIT.
      5. Press the control dial.
      6. Select YES.
      7. Press the control dial.
    2. Connect and pair with a Bluetooth device
      1. Place the Bluetooth device within 3 feet of your device.
      2. Press the MENU button.
      3. Rotate the control dial to select BLUETOOTH.
      4. Press the control dial.
      5. Rotate the control dial to select SET PAIRING.
      6. Press the control dial.
      7. Rotate the control dial to select SET DEVICE 1 or SET DEVICE 2.
        • SET DEVICE 1 or SET DEVICE 2 will change to the paired device name after pairing is complete.
      8. Press the control dial.
      9. On the display of the Bluetooth device, select your device name.
        • If your device name doesn't appear, repeat from step 2.
      10. If the Bluetooth device requires a passkey, enter 0000.
      11. Select your device on the Bluetooth device to establish the Bluetooth connection.
