How to transfer contents from your Xperia phone to a Windows computer using USB Connection

You can transfer data from your phone to a computer using a USB Connection.

1. Connect your phone to a computer using a USB cable.

   On your phone, the USB connection setting notification should pop-up, then choose [Allow].
   
   NOTE: If there is no notification pop-up, go to [Settings] > [Device connection] > [USB] > Select [File Transfer]
   

2. On the computer, go to windows explorer, select the new internal storage drive that shows the model number of your phone (e.g. XQ-CQ72), then select your files you want to transfer by either using copy and paste or drag and drop to the location on your computer.
