Did the issue improve after initializing the speaker?

1. Turn on your speaker.
2. Press and hold the - (volume) and (power) PAIRING buttons simultaneously for more than five seconds.
   • The speaker will turn off when the initialization is successful.
3. Reconnect your speaker to the playback device.

• Yes,  the issue is resolved.
  • The issue was due to a temporary malfunction of the speaker.
• No, the issue isn't resolved.
