Although all connection diagnosis results are OK, the TV cannot be connected to the Internet (network error).

Check the following:

1. Check whether the problem is resolved by the following methods.
   When accessing the Internet, an error is displayed, or the Internet contents are not displayed.
2. If the problem is not resolved, a problem may be generated in the server that provides the internet service, or a problem may exist on our Internet server. Please contact us for more information.
