Notice for Free Repair for Customers of Sony BRAVIA LCD TV KD-55X9300D/ KD-65X9300D - Updated on 28th Jul 2023

Some KD-X9300D series BRAVIA televisions may experience an issue where they will not power on due to a problem with the power supply circuit board. 

To address this issue, subject to the terms and conditions in the Limited Warranty that accompanied the Affected Models, we will repair your Affected Model, free of charge, through Feb 29^th, 2024 (updated on Jul 28^th, 2023).

If you have an Affected Model that will not power on, please contact your local Sony service centre. A list of the Sony service centres can be found in the service centres’ page. If diagnosis confirms that the issue is caused by the power supply circuit board failure, your Affected Model television will be repaired, free of charge, subject to the terms and conditions of Limited Warranty that accompanied the Affected Model, through Feb 29^th, 2024 (updated on Jul 28^th, 2023).
