Change in sign-in method for services/applications for TVs and Headphones (For customers who sign-in with Amazon/Apple/Facebook/Google) - Updated on 31st July 2024
Sony will unify the IDs used in product services and applications for TVs or headphones to Sony account*, in order to provide more convenient use of the various services offered by Sony Group.
Applicable Services/Applications:
- Sony | Headphones Connect
- Sony | 360 Spatial Sound Personalizer
- INZONE Hub
- TV Control with Smart Speakers
- TV 3D surround (Hearing profile)
As of July 2024, please sign in using your Sony account to access Sony’s Cloud Service for Home Entertainment & Sound Products. Login via Amazon/Apple/Facebook/Google ID is no longer available.
