What can i do if I am unable to capture photos of my ears as required?
Take the photos in accordance with the voice guidance instructions. If you were unable to capture the photos of your ears successfully, even after following the instructions, select MANUAL SHOOTING and ask somebody to take the photos of your ears to get an accurate representation.
