Unable to detect video/photo on mobile phone via USB connection.

Your mobile phone or BRAVIA TV may not support playback of content through a USB connection. Refer to the following for details about supported devices: How to connect a smartphone to the TV with a USB cable and display content

NOTE: Videos and photos stored in the mobile phone can be played with the following methods on your TV.

• Use  Screen mirroring/Wi-Fi direct feature to play.
• Transfer contents of the mobile phone to a USB device, and connect the USB device directly to the TV to play the contents.
