Why is the sound of the TV interrupted?
IMPORTANT: If model-specific information is required to complete any of the steps in this solution, refer to the operating instructions supplied with the product.
When you set the TV sound settings to Surround, Sound restoration (DSEE), or Advance Auto Volume, sound may be interrupted.
Perform the following procedure to improve the issue.
Configure the settings of the Sound menu until the sound interruption is resolved.
- Set the Sound mode to Standard.
- Set Surround to OFF.
- Set DSEE to OFF.
- Set Advance Auto Volume to OFF.
