How to create a new user in Windows® XP?

Creating a new user in Windows® XP.

Please refer to the steps below.

1. Click Start and click Control Panel.
2. Double-click Administrative Tools.
3. Double-click Computer Management.
4. Click Local Users and Groups.
5. Double-click Users.
6. Click the Action tab and click New User.
7. Enter the required information and click Create.
8. Click Close.
9. Click Close to close the Computer Management window.
10. Click Close to close the Administrative Tools window.
