How to adjust the double-click speed of the mouse?

Follow this procedure to adjust double-click speed of the mouse:

1. Click the Start button, point to Settings, and click Control Panel.
2. In the Control Panel window, double-click the Mouse icon.
3. In the Mouse Properties window, in the double-click speed box, click and drag the slider bar to adjust the double-click speed.

   Note: To test the double-click speed of the mouse, in the Test section, double-click the Jack-in-the-box graphic.

4. Once the double-click speed has been adjusted to the desired level, click the OK button.
