If the Xperia's Bluetooth function does not work properly.

Try the following and see if this resolves your problem: 

• Turn Bluetooth [OFF] and [ON] on both devices.
• Update your phone’s software.
• Restart your phone.
• Force your phone to restart.

  Your phone may not be able to find or connect to a Bluetooth device in the following cases

• The Bluetooth device is not in a discoverable mode (i.e. pairing mode).
  → Ensure the device is in pairing mode. 
   
• The Bluetooth device has been unpaired from your phone.
  → Remove pairing information on both devices and reattempt the pairing procedure.
