Why is the Equaliser setting under the Sound menu grayed out?

    The Equaliser setting is grayed out in the conditions below:

    • Sound Mode is set to Music, Cinema, or Sports. 
    • Sound restoration (DSEE) is set to Auto.
    • Surround is set to Auto or On.

    In order to customize the Equaliser setting, do the following:

    1. Set Sound Mode to Standard.
    2. Set Surround to Off.
    3. Set Sound Restoration (DSEE) to Off.

    NOTE：When Equaliser is grayed out, Equaliser will be adjusted to recommended sound quality.
