Why does an error message appear when accessing the radio function with Windows Media Player 8 and Media using Internet Explorer 6.0?
Err Msg: Windows Media Player Error: Access was rejected.
When clicking Advanced, Windows Media Player Error Center appears with the following
Err Msg: The file is in use. Currently, this file is in use. Close the file and try again. Error ID = 0x80070005, Remedy ID = 0x00000000.
Windows Media Player 8 pre-installed to VAIO computers that were released to the market between October 2001 and December 2001, is not designed to play radio when a user logs on as a limited user.
The limited user cannot use the play function of media with Internet Explorer Ver.6.0, as it makes use of the function of Media Player.
To resolve this symptom, user has to log on as one with the administrator privileges.
