When computer starts, the information Windows Has Blocked Some Startup Programs appears in Windows Vista.

    When Windows starts, the following message appears.

    Windows has blocked some startup programs
    Windows blocks programs that require permission to run when Windows starts.
    Click to view blocked programs.




    After changing the settings of System Configuration,this message will display when the computer starts.
    As long as user doesn't recover the setting of System Configuration or enable. Don't show this message when Windows starts, the above message will always appear.

    Please prefer to the steps below to stop the message from appearing again.
    1. Click the icon in the notification area located at the far right of the taskbar.

    2. Point to the Run blocked program menu list, and then click System Configuration Utility.


    3. When the User Control Account dialogue box appears, click Continue.

      If the User Control Account interface doesn't appear, please perform the following steps.

    4. Enable  Don't show this message or start System Configuration when Windows starts, and then click OK.




    Remark
    Perform the following steps to start System Configuration.
    1. Click Start, and then input msconfig in Start Search, and press Enter.

    2. When the User Control Account dialogue box appears, click Continue.
